Kwe’! On behalf of Wagmatcook First Nation, I’m proud to welcome you all to the 2025 Nova Scotia Mi’kmaw Summer Games. It’s an honour to host so many athletes, coaches, families, and community members from across Mi’kma’ki. We’re excited to open our community to you as we come together in the spirit of sport, culture, and unity.
These games are more than just competition, they’re a celebration of who we are as L’nu. Through friendly rivalry, cultural pride, and shared traditions, we strengthen the bonds between our nations and inspire the next generation. We are proud to continue the legacy of the Summer Games, which bring out the best in our youth and in our communities.
